[RFI] TVI Question

Sounds like a case of just way too much power and no frequency control
of it.
I had the same issue with a CB'er running a illegal map running over
1500 Po. He was in to everything, everywhere within a two block radius
of my qth.
Some of my neighbors called me for an answer, most said they knew it ws
not my station `cause they hear nothing from me.
Suggested each of them note the time and day of the rfi instances,
contact the FCC.
Several of the neighbors did that, one of them telling me the FCC has a
online grievance form to use to lodge a complaint.
Problem was resolved in a reasonable time frame.
They busted the guy and btw, told me I had a very clean sig from my station.
