[RFI] re Nineteen Hour Noise

I'd put up polite posters (or flyers).

To whomever is running a grow-op - please fix your RFI problem (provide 
a website link to how to use torroids - maybe with a nice tear sheet) - 
or I'll track you down with radio direction finding equipment.

It really is in their interest to clean-up their operation.
