[RFI] noise every 60 Khz

There is an outside panel with breakers located below the meter
which I believe is not affected by the inside main breaker.

Just wondering if you have the same situation & it may be
powering a potential source even when the main breaker is
off?

Also, is it possible that the RFI is coming from a wireless
meter?
