[RFI] ARRL to FCC II

Someone responded to me privately, with a link to the ARRL web site,
covering exactly the subject of visibility of enforcement.  

I have no idea who at the ARRL caused this:

but I am thankful they are busy helping!  

THis sort of action can only help reduce the RFI and make visible to the
Amature community the FCC is doing something to help!
