[RFI] LEDs etc

I think I will call Consumer Report Magazine and offer to send one of these
12v AC low voltage exterior landscaping bulbs that came from Lowes. Perhaps
they will agree to test it and at some point, offer to slam it in some
future issue....might be an 'attention getter' on a number of levels.

I've sent CR enough subscription money over the years for them to
entertain an email from me. Lately they have tested LED lamps
(incandescent replacements, Edison based 120vac) with no mention of RFI,
or radio noise, etc. They have consistently rated plasma sets highly
with no RFI mentioned. It's not on their list.

What would you propose to say in your email to them that might be
understandable to the staff that screens email? The meaning of RFI is
probably not known to anyone but a ham or electronic engineer.
