[RFI] Another possible problem?

I was pretty suspicious when they put them in around my area.  I noticed no 
increase in noise, even when driving around each lamp.  The only one I did 
find noise on was a malfunctioning one that was flashing at about 1 Hz and 
the noise was a relatively inoffensive broadband hiss that only radiated 
about 50'.
