[RFI] Strange Birdie

To the group.

This could be someone with a old R/C aircraft transmitter on 50 MHz. 
There was 10 channels at the low end of six meters that were (by 
gentleman's agreement) for the purpose of r/c flight years ago.

Just a guess, as almost all r/c flying is now on 2.4 GHz.
