[RFI] 40 Meter RFI Issue

Some notes:

I've moved the frequency around to hear the differing noises it makes, 
as well as you can get an idea of the noise level as  I pass through an 
SSB and CW signal.

Any questions or suggestions for anything I can do to help with analysis?
