I have two separate American Standard heat pumps and they have no measurable EMI. One has a variable compressor and indoor fan, the other is a two-speed compressor and a variable indoor fan. I had my receivers on when the fired the units up. Absolutely silent on the air. Carl KB7AZ Tucson, AZ
