[RFI] w7ekb & ground rods

Although multiple ground rods need to be bonded together, the typical 
system has the tower ground and station SPG on opposite sides of the 
house.  Even though bonded the transient rise time can produce 
substantial voltages between the coax shields and the power into the 
equipment.
