[RFI] Reducing ham shack RFI

I operate primarily using the weak signal WSJT-X modes. In an effort to reduce RFI, I am in the process of getting rid of or converting all equipment in my ham shack that has switching power supplies.

I wonder if anyone has any experience converting an AC power Mac Mini to DC power? In looking at the Mac Mini, it has a power supply module that with some effort can be removed.

Any suggestions, except exchanging the Mac Mini for a Windows based machine, would be appeciated.
