[RFI] what causes capacitor bank interference?

Hello guys, the cause is usually loose external hardware, not actually the 
caps themselves. There's allot of ground connections up there. If loose, 
instant noise sources. Second is the lighting arrestors. All that conductor 
is a magnet for lightning.
