[RFI] Leviton LED Outlet RFI

I recently replaced a Leviton LED outlet that was making noise on 
several HF bands. The noise was present whenever the outlets LED lights 
came on i.e, whenever the built-in sensor detected a dark room. The 
noise would disappear once lights turned off in a lighted room.
