AFAIK, no solar _panel_ has any RFI.

Only RFI source is the charge controller (and of course the cables can act as antennas).

More efficient charge controllers (MPPT) may (or may not) generate more RFI.

Less efficient (PWM etc.) charge controllers may (or may not) generate less RFI.

Some / many charge controllers have a “Telcom” setting to minimize RFI.

Above comments are generalizations, your mileage may vary.
