[RFI] can anyone help identify this RFI spectrum?

I've been noticing this RFI and I'm wondering if anyone can identify it
based on the attached video. It is the pattern in the middle of both
waterfalls. There is also something similar looking but repeated on the
left side of the top spectrum.
