[RFI] FCC RFI Question

I took up EMC/RFI professionally as a one-man effort some 30+ years ago as
I saw this coming on the horizon.  I'm now 71 and still consult, but I must
confess, we are loosing the battle for HF and lower VHF.   As you
commented, I don't have much fight left in me.  The day will come, maybe
it's about here, when HF in the cities of this good 'ol USofA will be
nothing but noise.  Why should a Tech class license upgrade for nothing but
noise?  Sad situation, but true.
