[RFI] 1 second pulse on 30M

I just discovered a strong pulse on 30M 
that is exactly 1 second & usually is one 
tick but sometimes sounds like a tock 
tick, still maintaining the 1 second 
interval. I counted 180 ticks with a 
stopwatch and exactly three minutes.

It could pass for WWV but there's no 
voice. Sounds for the world like an 
electric fence but nothing like that here. 
It hasn't been there before, is on no 
other bands. 

Any suggestions?
