[RFI] Local 1/3 duty cycle EMI

Thanks Dave and Jim.
I'll have to take my Yacht Boy 400 and go around the neighborhood to see
what I can find. I thought perhaps it was familiar to someone here.
I didn't listen on AM and now it's gone. I'll try to grab it on AM the ext
time I hear it.
