[RFI] ELECTRONIC TRANSFORMERS and the POWER GRID

This came across from the RSGB Technical group this morning.  You'd think
an organization like IEEE would have flagged the RFI "potential".  But the
presentation is all roses and bowls of cherries:

How the dickens does this alternative to iron and copper make the grid
cleaner?!  RFI:  don't see it, so what's the problem?
