[RFI] "Marker RFI"

Chuck and I hear these signals at 50-KHz spacing, more or less.  Another 
interesting data point: this morning, with 40 thoroughly closed (band 
noise at S1), the signal is not there.  It is fairly loud on 20M though, 
so it could be sky wave, though I need to keep watching and see what 
happens later today.
