[RFI] Another Solar Panel Interference Case

Steve, I believe the real push here is to do something about the whole
Solar Power industry when we have whole cities and states, California,
especially, mandating all new construction be outfitted with solar.
I've written enough for the time being. It's all related from personal
experiences as an EMC/RFI engineer for the last 30+ years.
