[RFI] HVAC - some observations

Ed, I have trouble with ARRL doing the job FCC should be doing wrt the
solar power (and others) industry.  After all, ARRL is offering this
service at no expense.  I realize it's for the good of amateur radio, in
general.  But our, your and my, tax money is supposed to be paying FCC to
do what ARRL (and your lab) is volunteering.  It's just not right!!!

Not to mention the work of ARRL in taking FCC to court and winning against
FCC for misrepresenting the BPL data.  That must have cost a bit of ARRL's
funds?
