[RFI] Solar Edge / SunRay Uodate

I am working with the Xcel Energy RFI person for the Denver area and he 
mentioned having some issues with some solar installations.  I am not 
sure what Xcel's exposure would be.  This person has been very 
communicative with me and really wants to fix the issues.  I don't know 
if they are being subjected to some unknown pressure but he keeps 
assuring me that he will be out etc.  I am not even a customer on their 
grid.  We are on the boundary between Xcel and the Coop we are in.
