[RFI] NO NOISE LED BULBS / flourescent replacement

>From past experience from testing LED replacements and floodlights, the European brands like Osram and Philips will general be noise free. These brands adhere to global and EU EMC standards. I have never had a Osram or Philips LED lights cause interference. All the no name LED brands cause some detectable emissions and fakes are rampant. Secondly its best to avoid the rubbish on auctions sites. 

I always confirm my measurements using a 50Uh LISN as well as H field probe survey measurements. Sometimes the EU brands are so good you think that you are using a legacy incandescent when probing around their driver circuits.
