[RSM] T31T - Polish DXpedition to Kiribati

For many of us, T31T is an easy shot from Manitoba.  Initially, I was
surprised to learn that it's #10 most wanted in Europe.  The reason becomes
clear when you look at projection of the earth.  T31 is the Antipode for
much of Europe.

This evening (October 6/16) they were quite workable on 20m (SSB and CW).
They had a surprisingly loud signal considering that all they were taking
with them was 100w and a GXP vertical antenna.  The ops I heard this
evening are very good, both SSB and CW.
