[RSM] K7MKL RAC Winter wall-paper

We were surprised, and pleased, to receive wall-paper for the 2015 RAC 
Winter Contest. K7MKL (plus W6NF) garnered first place in the Tenth call 
area in the multi/single low power category. In looking at the results I 
see we were in tenth place, overall, in the category. 100 watts and a 
wire works!

Shelley is operating JARTS RTTY this weekend and we'll have our 
preliminary score a little later.
