[RSM] RSM Digest, Vol 1, Issue 12

We would love to see this happen for RSM. The general mix of contests is
nice, including the VHF SS and June/September VHF QSO Parties.

It would be interesting if one or two more RTTY events were included.
Perhaps the BARTG and/or SARTG contests, both of which are very popular.
That leads to a question about the presence of other digital activity
(JT65/PSK/etc) within RSM and in the Winnipeg area among potential club
members. It is understandable that contests must be carefully selected
to attract maximum participation and to avoid overloading the calendar.

Perhaps we can talk about this further at the November meeting.
