Hello Everyone,

This is my first post to the RSM reflector and info on the upcoming CQWW DX
SSB event this weekend.

*VE6SV* will be active as a M/S entry this year and our focus will be radio
fun and introduce HF contesting to some new folks. Including some training
on SO2R operating and experimenting with (2) station in-band operating.

If you hear us, please say hello. But remember in country QSOs are zero
point QSOs - from the rules;

"Contacts between stations in the same country have zero (0) QSO point value
, but are permitted for zone or country multiplier credit."

But spotting us to rest of the world would be nice!

This year's VE6SV team members: VE4GV, VE6RST, VE6TL (another fella coming
Gerry)
                                                     VE6LDX and maybe 2
others

Lot's of solar storming going on this week and hopefully it will sub-side
for the contest
weekend.

The VE6SV station will be active also for CQWW DX CW, ARRL Sweepstakes and
the
RAC Winter contest.

This last weekend, I participated in the 160M Pre-Stew. Mostly to practice
my cw and
I need a lot more practice !!!!
