[RSM] RAC Winter Contest Sked

On 160, the 'rule' is Topband at the top (and bottom) of the hour.  It is
an sort of unwritten rule, but I will be looking for everyone around these
times/frequencies.
Will be on CW only.  Should be a few VE3's on phone :-)
