Here's my annual plug for the RAC Canada Day Contest.  00Z to 2359Z July 1
(8PM this Saturday to 7:59 PM Sunday, EDT).

Everybody works everybody, CW and Phone, 160M thru 2M (not WARC bands).
QSOs with the "RAC" stations are 20 points; other Canadians are 10 points;
non-Canadian QSOs are 2 points.  Mult's are the 13 Canadian
Provinces/Territories on each band and each mode.  Canadians send RS/T and
province.  Non-Canadians send RS/T and Serial Number.

Several non-Canadians work this one pretty hard.  PVRC's WA2BCK ran up a
nice SOHP score in 2014.  In 2016 (my most recent full effort from home) I
tried to sneak into 1st place in the unofficial non-Canada SOLP category.
I did over 20 hours with my 100W and a dipole.  NA8V clobbered me, with
only about 11 hours op time.

Remember all those Canadians you worked in FD and SS (and CQ WW).  Return
the favor.  Get on, at least for a little bit,and make some QSOs with our
Canadian friends.

And if you hear some non-Canadian friends, work them, too.  (NOT just me!
But if things are slow and you call me, I might ask you to run the
bands/modes.)
