[RSM] Next RSM Meeting

We cannot attend. Shelley avoided the need to have shoulder surgery but 
is starting physical therapy. One of her ten sessions is on the 
afternoon of the 26th and she will likely be hurting afterward. We'll 
try to be better at making the meetings this year.
