Conditions were not great.  Working west coast was a challenge in this
one.  No VE7  Only worked VE4AMN on 160.  No VE4 on any other band.
I finally worked WI in my last hour on 80(!)

I worked some guy in MD on 40, and he wanted me to QSY to 15...  I said
"Yaaa - that's NOT gonna work..."
