[RSM] Changes are coming

This is just a head’s to let everybody know that a few changes are coming
to RSM. Gerry W1VE/VE4CDX has been working in the background to update our
spotting network.  There will be a new cell number. Basicallly, everything
will be remaining the same with some optional enhancements, for those who
want.
The new cell number will be* 431-813-4776*
Gerry will set everyone up in the new system and let you know when it’s
up.  We would like you to test the new SMS to make sure it’s working for
everybody before we change over.
