Thank goodness the flare's effects didn't last too long.  By about 1800
things were roughly back to normal, although the EU stations were pretty
weak from here on the west coast.  Never heard anyone on 10m, so no
5-band sweeps this time.  Thanks to all who worked me and thanks to the
Slovenia Contest Club for sponsoring a fine contest.
