[RTTY] S56A TARA problems

After DX multipliers have been worked, especially when there are no "band"
multipliers, there is no incentive for working other DX stations, some that
are marginal, when "local" contacts are available, with better print? I
could have spent time in the "DX" area on 40, but had more success calling,
and being called by several DX stations, at 7090! Still one of my favorite
contest's!
