[RTTY] RTTY Scores

Now that we have a truly general purpose RTTY list, not established as a
software-support forum (RIP:  WF1B-RTTY list),    it certainly seems logical
to include results, soapbox comments, etc. related to RTTY,  including
contests -- right here!

It's very helpful to read how station setups have been tweaked, antenna
comparisons, etc., and since most RTTY operation seems to take place during
contests, why not?  (As a WriteLog user I look there for discussions of
application issues, etc.   But not for scores of mode-specific contests.)
