[RTTY] ARRL RR drops DX SO plaques this year

I sent an E-mail to Dan Henderson last night. I was sure that
I sponsored the Low Power plaque for the Central Division but it
was not listed in the QST article.
Perhaps some plaque listings were omitted by mistake. It wouldn't
be the first time something was amiss. I will relate Dan's
answers when I receive them.
The bottom line is that, yes, we want to keep as many plaques
as possible to keep the interest up.

I noticed there was no sponsor listed for the PSK plaque. Last
year, the editors of QST sponsored it.
