[RTTY] Processor slow-down utility..

A few weeks back, I lost my hard drive and subsequently lost all
the data I'd saved .. particularly with respect to messages
dealing with the running of DOS programs on some of the
faster computer processors..  (shame on me for not having
an up to date back-up)..

In those messages was several references to a 'slow down'
utility that essentially slowed down the fast processor to
allow the running of some DOS programs..

can anyone please direct me to the name/location of that
utility..
