IMO, when you think the other station has your call sign wrong, the
WRONG thing to do is send your exchange and then try to correct your
call. Always correct your call first. If someone comes back to me with
my call wrong, I just resend my call several times until he gets it
right. Then go on with the exchange.
Most contesters know this, but once in a while you'll come across
someone who does it backwards.
