Anybody know who is transmitting LSB on 14084.9? It's 1145 UTC, about an hour and a half before sunrise here. I don't recognize the language. They peak about 330 degrees from here, roughly the direction of JA/UA9 and probably short path. Doesn't sound like LP - too loud and no flutter. I doubt they're hams. Using LSB, for one thing.
