[RTTY] Bandmap ??

Hello everyone, could someone wise please let me know why somethings in the
bandplan get a red surround and the radio wont qsy  when i double click them
?? One other thing, why are the spotts never quit on the right frequency. I
have even changed from USB to LSB to make things better but its still not
right. I have also changed the settings in MMTY and the MP and work people
no problems, so i am on frequency etc. Thanks 73's
