It seems to me that the "words" had plenty of meaning and there is certainly
an "intelligible" idea there? IMHO, the "gray areas" within contesting rules
have been exploited beyond belief? Obviously, the rules cannot adjudicate
each and every scenario, so operator ethics must come into play? The
interpretation of the word "ethical" seems to vary?
