[RTTY] Credit for P5 RTTY

My understanding is that the paper work that was submitted only 
mentioned SSB.  It's a long story but I really beleif eventually all 
QSOs will count for DXCC.  Ed needs to come up with something that 
states that RTTY is OK.  I thought I saw something from KK5DO that the 
P5 authorities told Ed to come back in 6 months.  That was a month or 
so ago.  The mere fact that he is on RTTY says that the authorities 
are OK with it.  Work him and worry later (WFWL).  Ed has supplied the 
authorities in Pyongyang with equipment/software to copy RTTY.  We all 
need to be patient!
