[RTTY] MMTTY and Net etc

Tom et al,

Those using MMTTY may have a problem scoring the contest
especially if you made as many Q's as Tom.

I helped someone last year convert a log from MMTTY to Cabrillo
format using the export to Excel feature in MMTTY. I was able to
take the MMTTY log, convert it to Excel and make a straight ascii
text log out of it. Knowledge of Excel is a must, of course.

I then used WT4I Cabrillo Tools and converted this ascii text file
into a Cabrillo file. This allowed the log to be scored correctly by WT4I
Tools and made it acceptable to sending to the contest sponsor which
required Cabrillo logs.

I see no mention of Cabrillo logs being accepted by ANARTS this year
so this method of converting MMTTY to Cabrillo may all be for naught.
However, if you have good knowledge of Excel, you could convert the
MMTTY log to Excel and then manually score it.

Tom, considering there may have only been two GM stations in the contest
(MM0BQI/P perhaps being the other one), you may considering doing
something like this. It may earn you a nice piece of ANARTS wallpaper.

73, Don AA5AU
