[RTTY] 15 MTR 'pulser'

Noticed? How could one not notice it?
It's up to S9+20 here in Germany, RTTY and most other modes are impossible
as long as they transmit.
The signal is coming from Akrotiri, Cyprus, an over-the-horizon radar
operated by the british.
