[RTTY] CQWW UAN report

I know there has been a lot of comment on this subject, but I found the UBN
report to be very useful to me. For one thing, I confirmed some calls that I
thought were busted calls, and they were.  Also, I found 3 zones that I had
wrong. I looked the calls up and the checker was correct . So,  I busted
those zones myself.  I did work RW9OWD who gave me zone 17 and the checker
said it was wrong. All in all, I found the report useful information for the
next contest.
