[RTTY] Volta confirmation query

Phil,
I see the same designation.  I did a "cut and paste" of the ascii log to
make up the band logs as requested in the rules.  I wonder if the other
"nd" station entries did the same thing??  It seemed to work OK last
year so I just repeated the procedure.
