Bill, I just purchased the 4 port SIIG Quartet on Ebay for $15.  Works
great.  One port for Rig control, one for rtty, one for ptt, one for my Kam
for pactor and I still have the onboard free to do something else with.

Just keep an eye on Ebay for them, came from Victory Electronics in Arizona.

There are a number of SIIG serial port cards.
Some in ISA and some in PCI.
Both single and dual port versions.

I have had perfect success in installing these cards.
YMMV.
