[RTTY] 1A0KM RTTY?

Here is the response from Sergio that they will try.  That doesn't sound too
convincing to me.  If you need 1A0KM on RTTY, it might be a good idea to send
them an E-mail asking for RTTY.  If they get enough requests they may be more
inclined to operate RTTY.
