I don't get it - why? It is a valid serial nr, he repeated it, you copied 
it twice so you definitely copied what he sent. You have a valid QSO. I 
always get several 001's, sometime because I ask for them from a guy who 
doesn't know the exchange, or claims he isn't really "in" the contest. 
Every one is a valid QSO for me.

I see I missed working you this time. Gotta try harder!
